<Job description>
- Responsibilities and powers under the Enterprise Law
- General Director is the highest commander in the organizational structure of the company, appointed and authorized for the Director, Deputy Director, and Executive Manager.
- General management of the company
- Develop quality policy, instructions, and production goals for the company
- Ensure the necessary resources for the operation of the quality system
- Defining the company's goals, strategy, vision, and mission
- Responsible for the company's business, the company's financial condition, responsible for the company's sales, profits, direction of development, and growth
- Business and marketing planning
- Seeking expansion and growth opportunities by developing new business relationships
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Evaluate the performance of the departments
- Manage staff, develop talent to ensure the best results
- Resolve employee conflicts effectively and for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and maintain budget and resource allocation plans

<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Degree: Bachelor's degree, major in Economics, Business Administration or related
- Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Intermediate Level
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience in the position of Director
+ Strong financial and strategic knowledge
+ Extensive knowledge of Marketing, PR, human resources, administration
+ Ability to guide company development
