- Responsibilities and powers under the Enterprise Law
- General Director is the highest commander in the organizational structure of the company, appointed and authorized for the Director, Deputy Director, and Executive Manager.
- General management of the company
- Develop quality policy, instructions, and production goals for the company
- Ensure the necessary resources for the operation of the quality system
- Defining the company's goals, strategy, vision, and mission

- Business and marketing planning
