Achieve or exceed sales goals for the country and develop a sales network for sustainable growth.
<Job Responsibilities>
Entity: Aftermarket Division
Department: Sales
1. Distribution analysis
・ Identify key distributors in each market by conducting market surveys
・Potential analysis of key distributors by product lines
・Analyze market potential by channel and propose and execute distribution strategy
・Weekly reporting to regional HQ
2. Price and competitor monitoring
・ Market study for key competitors in each market for each product line
・ Offerings, catalogues, and benchmark studies
・ Update information on shared files
3. Market feedback
・ Macro and microeconomic update
・ Update on political or social developments that could influence the Aftermarket business
・New competitors, new products, or new technology updates from respective markets
4. Product development
・Sample purchases for analysis or new product development based on the company's requests.
・Fitment tests: Identify workshops or partners that can help to perform fitment tests
5. Negotiation & Contracting
・ Potential customer identification
・ Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients following standards and within the framework
・ Support for concluding all contracts, annual agreements with prospective clients as per preapproved conditions or guidelines.
・ Help company with inputs from the market, customers, and competitors to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
6. Provision of services
・Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
・Understanding and promoting company programs
・Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
・Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events
・Meet or exceeding sales goals
・Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
・Maintain client records
7. After service
・ Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
・ Prepare weekly and monthly reports

・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management / Marketing / Finance
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Language: English business level
・Experience: Have at least 7 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the Automotive industry
