<Job Responsibilities>
1. Search, contact, and advise potential tenants suitable for each project.
2. Develop a plan to attract potential tenants; take care of and support current tenants.
3. Discuss and negotiate lease terms with tenants.
4. Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
5. Research, and evaluate the commercial market, competitors, and current trends.
6. Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: College's Degree.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 2 years of experience working as Leasing staff (in Commercial projects) with good network with F&B (big brands).
・Good skills in sales, and negotiation, eager to learn, and good attitudes.
・Able to join ASAP.
