JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director/ VN GA HR ManagerTeam with 5-6 staff (1 section MG, 3 SV, 2 staff)Job Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policyCollecting information about VN law and deal with itSupport HR & GA Manager in all job functions i.e. support training and staff development programMake a year-end adjustment for the employees
