JOB DUTIES
§ Report to General Director
Main Tasks:
- Manage and operate sales department to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning
- Manage and operate logistics department to ensure logistics activities in smooth running at the optimal cost.
* Sales:
- Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals/strategies for the company based on the customer and market feedback
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Interprets short-and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit, carry out analyses of statistic to determine the potential growth
- Formulates all sales policies and procedures in order to operate sales department smoothly a
- Supervised performance of sales staff and help and guide them to improve
- Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
* Logistics:
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
- Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Efficiently evaluate and control the costs of transportation, services and inventory within budget or distribution strategy.
- Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train logistics personnel.
- Maintain relationship with related local authorities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the setting up the whole supply chain to develop and growth up,
- Defining & implementing sales and logistics strategy,
- Key interface with global sales and get the advises from HQ,
- Leading planning and reporting session of sales and logistics,
- Driving key sales measurements (fulfillment, savings, quality . . .)
- Manage and operate sales department and logistics department in efficient running to ensure to archive the sales target, and not wrongly and delayed deliver.
- Manage, training and develop sales and logistics personnel
- Hold regular meeting with sales and logistics department
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales & logistics with business systems or processes.
- Making yearly budget for sales & logistics and control the actual cost as budgeted
- Directly report to General Director
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
- Gender: Any (prefer Male)
- Age: any
- Bachelor Degree at least ( University of Economics field, Transportation, Technical)
- More than 05 years’ experience at the same position in the industrial manufacture field
- Experienced in steel field is advantage
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Negotiation expertise is preferred
- Quick problem solving and good analytical skill
- High individual and team work skill
- Excellent English and Vietnamese both in verbal and written
- Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and strong sense of urgency
- Good communication and explanation ability
- Have legal knowledge of trading, import-export and custom
- Work under high pressure
- Ability to lead and direct multi-functional teams.
