§  Salary Range: $1000 Gross

§  Allowance(s): $50. Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company




 JOB DUTIES

§  Main Tasks:

-        Cooperation with internal departments, Sub-contractors, external parties or others as required to supervise and resolve surveying matters or issues and reports related to Construction & Installation works of sub-systems in compliance with contract requirements, interface agreement and applicable regulations & standards.

-        Undertake on-site inspections of surveying works and supervise if required.

-        To review assess and consent to the survey data reports from other parties, sub-contractors, civil contractors in all regards related to the works.

-        Review as built survey data and records and provide review or comments as required.

-        To provide all necessary reports, studies or analysis or other with regards to all surveying matters for the works.

-        Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation related to surveying matters.

-        Preparation of survey documents or reports in English and Vietnamese related to Construction & Installation works issues for this project.

-        Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document, and checking the document quality related to surveying matters.

-        Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by the assigned immediate supervisor/manager.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Experience and Background:

-        University Degree in Surveying

-        Surveying license: Supervisor Level

-        Language Skills: English at business level.

-        Experiences :

·       Working in certain contractors in M&E or Civil Construction , preferably with foreign contractors

·       Strong survey team supervision

·       Has held a senior position within survey team organization

·       Extensive knowledge and understanding of modern surveying techniques and systems

-        Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD …

-        Surveying Supervisor for Transportation Projects

-        Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.

-        Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.

-        Good problem solving skills

-        Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
