<Position Objective/Expectation >
- The main job is to instruct workers to assemble scaffolding on site and to manage these workers.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Prepare work documents according to construction site requirements
・Communicate with clients and the company to proceed with the work plan.
・Supervision of a construction site, instructing staff according to the drawings.
・Regular inspections of scaffolds for problems.
・Submission of work reports to the manager
・Other work as directed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 24 - 35
- Gender: Male
- Education: Any
- Foreign Language: not required.
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Personality:
・Not afraid of heights
・Have a sense of safety
・Have some familiarity with drawings
・A person who wants to work for a long period
・Able to communicate with client
・Have experience only in site management but want to learn more in construction. The career path of the position would include CAD and office work.
・Want to acquire CAD skills in the future
