GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Japanese Speaking – GA staff
§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Level: Staff or Leader
§ Recruitment Reason: New-hire
§ Expected joining date: December 2017
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:15pm)
ü Saturday: every other week(8:30am-5:15pm)
§ Salary Range: Gross 400-1000 USD (negotiable)
§ Allowance(s): Including salary
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month
§ Benefit(s): Follow Vietnamese law
§ Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese staff(female,30s) & Japanese General Director(Male,50s)
§ Assigned to GA Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for GA tasks
- Suport Japanese General Director
- Interpreter between Japanese General Director and other Vietnamese staff and worker
- Translate Vietnamese documents into Japanese for Japanese General Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
Language Skills: Japanese equivalent to N2(communicate with Japanese General Director fluently)
- Others (Preferable): Experience of GA
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender:Any
- Age:under30
- Personality: well understanding Japanese working style, proactive
