GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT – MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)
§ Salary Range: Gross 800-1500 USD per month
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Assistant Manager
§ Assigned to teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out research in various industries to get knowledge and expertise related to market size, market structure, competitors and customers.
- Perform detailed analysis, draw conclusion and develop strategic recommendations for the organization, including the evaluation and due diligence of new markets, new products, investment opportunities, potential acquisitions and start up.
- Summaries analysis and recommendations in PowerPoint and play an active role in presenting to managers and clients.
- Ensuring high quality execution of all assigned tasks and full responsibility for the delivery of key outcomes on a project.
- Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Speaking Japanese is an advantage.
- At least 2 years working experiences. Direct experiences in consulting, sales, marketing or market research will be an advantage.
- Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese
- Intelligence, strong analytical skills, as well as excellent problem solving skill to develop conclusions from analysis.
- Potential leadership skills to facilitate productive teamwork.
- Willing for short field trip and business trip.
- Advance user of PowerPoint and Excel.
