§ Position: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - PHARMACEUTICAL

- Monday-Friday (7:30~17:15)
§ Salary Range: Gross 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND (negotiable)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Finance & Accounting Manager
§ Assigned to Finance & Accounting Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Support Finance & Accounting Manager in overall accounting & finance duties
- Daily book keeping in accrual basis into company’s system (software name: xero)
- Reconcile cash, bank accounts and reports
- Perform daily processing of account payable transactions
- Prepare and maintain all journal vouchers relating to closing account and confirm monthly inter-company transactions
- Prepare fixed assets register, depreciation report, control tag number and physical count of fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to Headquarter/ Regional Headquarter
- Support forecasting and budgeting process and input into company’s system.
- Monitor variance between actual vs budget/ forecast
- Prepare the tax reports package (VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT) and submit on time to tax authority.
- Support to work with internal auditors and external auditors.
- Arrange and monitor the month-end and year-end physical stock counts.
- Perform multiple other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or above
- Language Skills: Good command of English (both writing and oral)
- Minimum 7 years’ working experience in accounting and finance field
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Tax knowledge to do all tax compliances
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (knowledge of SAP would be an advantage)
- Able to work under pressure and within limited timeframe
- Ability to work and excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment
