GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT - MANUFACTURING

§ Work Location: Hanoi
§ Work Time: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00)
§ Salary Range: Gross 9,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Chief Accountant (Female, around 30 years old)
§ Main Tasks:
- Support Chief Accountant & General Accountant in detailed jobs;
- Input AR/ AP into systems (SAP & internal system);
- Input Exchange rate, Cash advice;
- Collect original Bank statements;
- Support to make Tax reports;
- Prepare materials for Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually Reports;
- Check & file documents;
- Procure office supplies, equipment maintenance, car arrangement & hotel booking;
- Other tasks as further requested.
- Support Chief Accountant & General Accountant in detailed jobs;
- Input AR/ AP into systems (SAP & internal system);
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience & Background:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably Major in Accounting or related fields
- Excellent commands of English;
- 1-2 year working experience as an Accountant.
- Have strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet;
- Able to do multi-task and complete the jobs independently under limited guidance;
- Can work overtime to meet deadline;

- Gender: Female, preferred good looking
- Age: Under 26
- Being patient, well-organized, and detail-oriented;
- Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress;
- Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
