GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - CHIEF OF PRODUCTION - MANUFACTURING

§ Level: Assistant Manager

§ Work location: District 9, HCMC (company bus is provided from Hang Xanh)
§ Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30 - 16:50), off two Saturdays per month, lunch break 11:40 - 12:30
§ Salary range: Gross 15.000.000 - 18.000.000 VND
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Set schedule and follow up with production lines
- Train new workers, keep balance work force between production lines, improve productivity
- Analyze reasons of faulty products and propose protective / corrective actions
- Control raw materials, inventories, semi-products, end-products
- Commit to monthly production volume; manage production team via Production Supervisors and Leaders
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics or related fields
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)
- Computing: MS Office proficiency, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- From 2+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese manufacturing companies
- Good knowledge about motor design and assembly

- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Up to 35
- Personality: self-disciplined, responsible, diligent
