§ Position: Japanese Speaking – GA Manager - Trading

JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese General Manager
§ Job Responsibility:
- Manage overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
- Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong management skill.
- Language: Japanese – business (N2 up)
- Experience of HR/GA at least 03 years.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: More than 30 years old
- Personality: hardworking, teamwork, can work under high pressure…
