- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)
§ Salary Range: Gross 2000-3000 USD per month

JOB DUTIES
§ Report directly to Japanese General Director
§ Manages 20 Vietnamese employees
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Create building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided designs (CAD) applications for projects of luxury hotel, hospital and condominium
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects and specify the requirements for the project
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction
- Business trip to Hanoi and Da Nang once per 2 months
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred
- Language Skills: English conversational level (can make report and communicate in English)
- Around 15 years’ working experience in architecture design knowing from the concept creation to technical construction
- Prior experience producing architectural documents for retail/commercial projects such as luxury hotel, hospital and condominium
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage team members and the workload of multiple projects
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modeling, etc.
