GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - IE ASSISTANT MANAGER - MANUFACTURING
§ Job code: JO-180126-145742
§ Level: Supervisor
§ Contract term: Permanent

§ Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law
§ Work location: District 9, HCMC (company bus is provided from District 1)
§ Work time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00)
§ Salary range: Gross 800 - 1000 USD
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate process/product issues and recommend solutions to solve technical problems
- Propose improvement to increase productivity and reduce not good product quantity
- Conduct analysis to find proper working method, optimize production equipment and workforce
- Create assembly instructions; train operators on assembly process, working method, machine operation
- Handle mock-up and mass production
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in mechanical / electrical engineering
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level
- Computing: MS Office, AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- From 2+ year of experience working at similar positions in manufacturing companies (Japanese ones are preferred)
