GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Japanese Speaking- Admin Staff - Manufacturing

§ Work Location: Hanoi Office
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
ü Saturday: Every other weeks
§ Salary Range: Gross 400-500 USD per month (negotiable)
§ Allowance(s): Transportation / telecommunications / Lunch
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
§ Selection Process: One and last interview (face-to-face)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned to Admin Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
A. Admin
1. Management of records, papers, labor contracts.
2. Make a payroll, salary caculation.
3. Receptionist
4. Purchase equipment, vpp
5. Report to Government ministries in monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
B. Accounting
1. General accounting :The task of recording, reflecting generally on the accounts, accounting books .
Manage Cash in Safety Box.
2. Bank :
Create remittance payment online of each Banks. Follow payment situation. Update on report.
3. Accounting of debts:
+ Receive request for confirmation of debt with customers, suppliers.
+ Release of sales invoices, payment vouchers.
+ Debt inspection.
C. Import Custom relating:
Support for customs clearance when exporting and importing goods with Forwarders.
D. Attending guest and custumers
E. Other specific instructions from management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Knowledge about Accounting
- Language Skills: Japanese more N3
- Be able to use Excel
- Others (Preferable): English business level
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Under 27
