-         Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)

§  Salary Range: Gross 30,000,000-40,000,000 VND (Negotiable for more depends on candidates’ skills and experience)

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Group Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Responsible for project quality and timeline management

-         Responsible for Budget and cost Effectiveness

-         Team management and development

1/ Management:

-         Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development related to .NET programming language

-         Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership

-         Manage the project estimations

-         Negotiation with customers

-         Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality

2/ Technical:

-         Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs/ network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization’s/ clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets

-         Develop business continuity plan and framework

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-         Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-         Certificates in Budget Management and Business Creation are preferred

-         Language Skills: English communication (speaking & writing)

-         Minimum of 10 years’ working experience, at least 2-3 years as Project Manager

-         Experience of project management up to 10 members

-         Experience in software outsourcing company, used to work with Japan client and market

-         Project Management Timeline

-         Project Quality Management

-         Manage and build team

-         Good at team-work, coaching and training skills

-         Can travel for business trips and work on-site when required
