-         Monday-Friday (9:00~18:00)

§  Salary Range: Up to Gross 20,000,000 VND per month (depends on performance)

§  Allowance(s): Governed under VN law

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Vietnamese Finance & Administration Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Checking all entries prepared by accountant before posting to journals, ledgers

-         Inputting general ledger entries for month end closing

-         Reconcile all accounts on balance sheet to ensure that all transaction input correctly

-         Updating, checking landed cost and allocating cost of sales to ensure all related expenses computed

-         Preparing sales report, monthly management report, consolidated package

-         Effective managing the accounting and the financial function through routine operations, checking all accounting transactions, reconciliation of accounts, tax filling and settlement

-         Checking AR & AP frequently to ensure that there is no missing invoice input in system

-         Checking monthly VAT, FCT report before submitting to ensure reports are prepared consistent with the tax law. Preparing quarterly CIT report & yearly CIT return

-         Working with auditor for yearly audit & tax consultants for transfer pricing documentation preparation

-         Working with tax officer for tax audit & other related issues (if any)

-         Other tasks assigned by Finance & Administration Manager

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-         Qualification: Graduated from University of Economics HCMC preferred, major in Accounting, Finance, Audit

-         Language Skills: English Business level

-         At least 5 years’ working experience in accounting field with 2 years as General Accountant

-         Good problem solving skill with high responsibility

-         Computer skills: MS Office, strong in Excel, experience with SAP is preferred

-         Age: 28-35

-         Personality: honest, flexible
