GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Market Research and Consultant

§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Recruitment Reason: New-hire
§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City
§ Work Time: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
§ Salary Range: Gross 700-1500 USD per month (negotiable)
§ Bonus and Incentives: Performance review once per year at least 13th month bonus
§ Salary evaluation: twice a year
§ Benefit(s): Insurance and paid leaves by Vietnam Law
§ Selection Process: Test and Two rounds (face-to-face)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Office Manager
§ Assigned to HCM office / Team with 4 members
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Discuss with client about objective and requirement of the project under supervision of research manager;
- Lead the team during research process from research designing to reporting, under supervision of research manager;
- Conduct time and cost management to complete the project within available resources;
- Take part in business meeting, interview with client;
- Supervise and support team member to finish assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Graduated from Economics… or related fields (applicants going to graduate are acceptable)
- Language Skills: English more than business level (at least TOEIC 700)
- Have at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in market research/consulting;
- Good leadership skill, problem solving, logical thinking and analyzing skill;
- Have experience in project management, consulting or/and knowledge about market research and customer service is a big plus;
- Others (Preferable): Be able to speak Japanese
