Job Description
Report to Japanese GA Manager (male, 40s), dotted line Japanese General Director (male, 50s)
Assigned to Finance & Accounting Department
Team size: 1 Chief Accountant, 1 Accounting Staff
Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare financial reports, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow estimation to be submitted to head quarter in Japan
-Control operational budget and costs of each department
-Analyze financial status of the company; consult Japanese Director from financial point of view
-Allocate tasks and supervise work of subordinates (accounting fuction)
-Coordinate with tax inspectors when auditing season is coming
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields
-Having Chief Accountant Certificate
-Language skill(s): Japanese business level (LSWR skills to report to head quarter in Japan), having some English skills is a big plus
-Computing: MS Office
-From 3+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese companies
