Salary Range: Gross 600~700 USD per month

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / KPI bonus and salary review once per year

Job Description
Report to Sales Supervisor (Vietnamese female, 30s), dotted line to Japanese CEO cum Sales Manager (male, 40s)
Assigned to Sales Department
Manage 2-3 staffs
Team Structure: Sales Manager -> Sales Supervisor -> Sales Leader (this position) -> Sales Staff
Job Responsibilities:
-Business development: look for and build up relationship with new prospects
-Take care and maintain good relationship with existing clients
-Introduce company’s products and provide solutions that are suitable with client’s needs
-Negotiate with clients (mostly foreigners) on price quotation as well as terms and conditions in commercial contracts
-Work closely with production team to keep track on order progress
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
Essential Requirement(s)
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Male only
-Age: 27-33
-2+ years of sales experience with any products

-Candidates living in Binh Duong are preferred
