Job Description
Report to Vietnamese General Manager (female, 30s)
Team size: 3-4 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-Continuously improve through feedback
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor or Diploma Degree in related fields
-Language skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-1+ years of experience working in similar industry (study abroad consulting, immigration consulting, healthcare consulting, career consulting…)
-Highly motivated and target driven with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
-Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

-Personality: sales-oriented, aggressive, studiuos, out-going, challenging
