Work Time: Monday~Saturday (7:30~16:50) / Saturday off every other week
Salary Range: Gross 7.000.000~8.000.000 VND per month
Allowance(s): Transportation allowance, overtime allowance, breakfast / lunch, diligence allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip
Other(s): Training in Japan in 6-12 months
Selection Process: Possibly one and last round

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese R&D Team Leader
Assigned to R&D Department
Team structure: Japanese R&D Manager -> 6-7 R&D Team Leaders -> 24-25 R&D Engineers and Staffs (dividing into 3 teams: step motor, fan motor, automobile)
Job Responsibilities:
-Design motors based on orders / requests from Japan headquarter
-Conduct motor experiment in the lab
-Make motor sample; test its operation capability and stability before mass production
-Sketch and review technical drawings when necessary
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Essential Requirement(s)
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: AutoCAD (2D, 3D), SolidWorks, Inventor
-Gender: Any
-Age: Up to 30
-New graduate is welcome
