Salary Range: Gross $1000 - $1200 USD /Per Month /Non negotiable
Allowance(s):
-Around $50. Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company.
-After 2-month probation will receive one fixed allowance amount.
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Yearly bonus (depending to the staff performance and the company condition)
Selection Process: Two rounds and one English Test

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Configuration Engineer role is to coordinate work related to the overall configuration of the Electrical and Mechanical System, both in design/documentation aspects as well as physical aspects.
Some field work will be required during the Construction and Installation and Testing and Commissioning stages of the project for the purposes of physical configuration audit.
-Assist with the preparation and maintenance of plans, standards and procedures as needed to support the Project configuration management system.
-Coordinate implementation of the process and promulgation to sub-systems and sub-contractors.
-Coordinate the Project change control function and support the Change Control Board.
-Confer as required to establish change reporting and prepare instructions for change authorization and documentation by the Project personnel.
-Maintain the master of the System Wide Data that defines key configuration data for the deliverable system.
-Assist as needed with the reviews of Spare Parts and Special Tools lists in regard to identification integrity.
-Represent the project during audits and inspections that are related to configuration management.
-Audit Project configuration management documents and records to verify compliance with contract requirements.
-Conduct physical configuration audits as defined in the Configuration Management Plan.

Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor Degree in an engineering discipline.
-Language Skills: English business level
-Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD …
-Gender: Male
-Age: From 30 years old
-Experiences :
•At least five (5) years of experience in engineering including implementation of Electrical and Mechanical systems and processes for configuration management and change control.
•Experience with working in engineering project environments.
•Experience with working on railway systems projects would be an advantage.
•Experience with using configuration management/asset management databases.
•Overseas work experience in an English speaking country will be viewed favorably.
Preferable Requirements
-Preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology.
Desirable Character:
-Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
-Well above average attention to detail.
-Good general understanding of configuration management systems.
-Capable of producing high quality documents in English.
