-Monday - Friday (9:30 - 18:00)
Salary Range: Gross 800 – 1,000 USD /Per Month /Negotiable
Allowance(s): Overtime
Bonus and Incentives: 13th Month Bonus
Benefit(s): Annual Leave/ Kinds of insurance based on Vietnamese Law.
Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)





JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Manager
Assigned to Department of Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct bookkeeping, accounting, and clerical/GA and HR functions.
-Handle month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports.
-Assist with budget preparations; handle contracts; make bank deposits; pay bills; issue payment requests
-Communicate with external accounting firms in order to prepare financial statements and reports; keep the General Director informed as to the balances of internal accounts; and prepare payroll.
-Contact the Japanese headquarter by e-mail in Japanese
-Do any other GA and HR task assign by Japanese Director

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:Japanese Proficient N3 level or more / English Conversational
-Gender: Female
-Age: Any
-Experience in Accountant
Preferable Requirements
-Experience in Japanese companies
-Experience in GA cum HR

Desirable Character:
-Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic
