Salary Range: Gross 18.000.000 - 20.000.000 VND per month
Allowance(s): Language allowance (based on TOEIC point, maximum 500.000 VND), monthly commission based on individual sales performance, business trip allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

Job Description
JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager
Assigned to Sales Department
No subordinates
Team Structure: Sales Manager -> Assistant Sales Manager -> Chief Sales (2) -> Sub-Chief Sales (3) -> Sales Admin
Team Size: 8 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop business by looking for and building up relationship with new prospects
-Take care and maintain good relationship with existing clients
-Introduce company’s products and provide solutions that are suitable with client’s needs
-Negotiate with clients on price quotation as well as terms and conditions in commercial contracts
-Work closely with production team to keep track on order progress
-Other tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Any/ Male preferable
-Age: 28-32
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in plastic packaging industry

-Hardworking, enthusiastic, active
