Senior Test Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Devinition is looking for a Senior Tester / Requirements Analyst to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. We are an outsourcing company with many interesting projects. For our partner in Kyoto, Japan, we are looking for several extentions of our game development team.
Currently, our team in Vietnam has over 10 members, and we are looking to grow the team with additional game developers. For this reason, we are currently recruiting for key roles in the team. The roles require a Japanese speaking skill, so communication can be handled between the team members in Kyoto and the team members in Vietnam. The team in Vietnam is using the Kanban methodology and DevOps to manage the project. The games are developed with PHP / Laravel and Unity.
Your job:

As Senior Tester, you will handle the quality of the deliveries, and will continuously improve the way to work to ensure the best possible quality.
You will work closely with Japanese and Vietnamese team members to make all requests and features clear from Japan, so that proper test cases can be created, and other testers in the team can be managed.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in IT
* Fluent Japanese speaking skills
* We are looking for Software Testers with 5+ years of experience.
* Understand Product Architecture and Functionality
* Prepare Test Strategy/Approach for Testing
* Establish coverage and traceability
* Work with development engineers in product defect diagnosis
* Helps engineers find ways to attack new or difficult defect in the code.
* Uses expertise and creativity for innovative product recommendation and solutions

You will:

* Work with software developers on the design and specification of features.
* Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner for assigned features of the product.
* Identify and implement new Test tools for increasing the test capacity.
* Continually research new Security technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your ongoing QA process
