仕事詳細
- Manage a team of 30 members
- Prepare plan from designing to testing of software development
- Execute project management accordingly
- Set goals for quality, cost, delivery, functions; manage the team to achieve them
- Support the growth of people and team
- Evaluate and give feedback on team members
- Conduct ad-hoc reports as per requested by the management team
Essential Requirement(s)
- 7+ years of software development
- From 2 years working as Project Manager in web system and/or smartphone application projects
- Proven skills and ability to develop and implement technical plans with related parties
- Japanese: N2 lever or higher
- English: business level for reading and writing documents
Preferable Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Open and friendly personality
- Good leadership / management style
- Conversational English is a big plus
