Job description:
- In charge of all field service to distributors/ end users;
- In charge of Office printer/Photocopier and production printer machines major and other products;
- Provide after-sales services to clients;
- Support customer when any issue occurs;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects;
- Other assignments as requested from direct superior.

Essential requirement:
- Graduated from college/university, major technical/electronic/printing product
- English more than conversational
- Male only
