* Position Level: Member level
* Report to: Japanese Manager (Male)
* Job responsibility
- Monitor all tasks relating to company accounting activities
- Work with suppliers & clients about issues related to PO(purchase order), PR(public relations), VAT(value added tax) invoice, payment arrangement.
- Book keeping the revenue, cost and experiences to accounting software and issue VAT invoice to customer
- Follow up inventory, fixed assets and prepared expense allocation, Profit & Loss
- Check and compare input-output VAT invoices
- Follow up and manage the budget as required
- Review financial statements and all tax report
* Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Any (female preferred)
- Age :28-35
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Must)
- Language skills: English Conversational level or Japanese Conversational level
- Experience as general accountant (3 years / Member level / any industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skill, time-management skill
- Office informatics such as MS Office, Accounting software
* Preferable Requirements:
- Experienced work in FDI (foreign direct investment) company
* Personalities:
- Honest, Self-motivated, Careful, High responsible
- Familiar with related current regulations
