- Report line: Japanese and Vietnamese manager
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
- Advising clients
- Producing detailed drawings
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Main clients are Vietnamese companies, but they will also expand Japanese companies.
