<Job Responsibilities>
・Estimate necessary building material and amounts and costs from construction drawing
・Select suppliers and get the quotation from the suppliers
・Calcurate all costs and hand in quotation to the client
・check delivered material's quality and quantity whether following order or not
・Give instructions to support member
・Have meeting with clients with Japanese Manager
・Other assigned tasks from Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-35 years old
・Language: English conversational or Japanese conversational
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Experience: Procurement or Quantity Surveyor or purchasing experience in construction industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese construction company
・Having a good command of Japanese and English
