<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive production plans from the planning department, set up daily production plans for each Line.
- Calculate output, rate of finished products to set production targets for each Line
- Calculate the number of people to allocate to each production Line.
- Control the production line
- Monitor productivity, production schedule and quality status
- Coordinate workers according to production status
- Train personnel, assess personnel.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College degree
- At least 2 year working experience in Production Control in any industry
- Gender: Female
- Age: 22 - 35
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime (8hours)
