<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Branch office in Haiphong, including front office (Sales, Marketing) and back office (HR)
- Control, manage Branch Finance according to the HQ instruction
- Develop Sales department, focus on the companies located in industrial zones
- Set up target, import company's marketshare
- Assign suitable target and areas to the Sales Staffs
- Manage customers' product orders
- Supervise, analyze the effectiveness of the Branch operation activities
- Propose promotion plans which suitable with the Haiphong market
- Follow company policy and company confidentiality
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Gender: Any
- Age from 28 to 40 years old
- English business level
- At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Manager in Electronics/ Machinery fields; familiar with setting up target, KPIs and supervision for sales activities
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledgable in inventory control, warehouse management, ensuring the flow of products
