<Job Responsibilities>
1-Marketing support
・ Support to build up BTTC (survey, training, supporting tools...)
・ Study BTE program for TBFC
・ Perform trial 3S model for TBFC
2-Competitor survey
・ Update information of new products by surveys / data from Sales and P&M teams
・ Collect information / NPI based on in-charge dealers and territory
・ Collect product data (key brands / sizes / patterns) in market, issue NPIs
・ Corporate with IT team to create data storage on SharePoint
・ Upload data into SharePoint for internal usage
3-Fieldwork
・ Goodwill program with collaboration of car makers
・ Follow up Goodwill program, confirmation and payment
・ Build up explanation videos for common damages
・ Check tire claims, make and issue reply letters
・ Field test: make appointment, check and key in data, conduct reports
・ Provide on-site training for dealers / family channel / end-users
・ Support Sales / P&M activities

<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・ Gender: male
・ Age: up to 33
・ Education: Bachelor in technology
・ English: business level
・ Computing: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
・ 1+ years of work experience as Customer Service / Technical Service / Quality Assurance in Automobile / Tire / Machinery fields
・ Willing to travel

<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・ Education: Industrial material / Automobile Degree
・ Good communication and interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and ownership
・ Personality: hard working, good teamwork, fast learner, active, motivated
