<Clients: Supplier factory in/around HCMC>
<Saturday Working: Twice per a month *8:30~12:00>
<Job Responsibilities>
・Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
・Estimate costs and setting the quality standards
・Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
・Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively
・Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
・Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
・Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality
・Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
・Aware of all risks and troubles in factory and have proper solutions
・Business trip: Go to Mekong Delta Area, 1-2 times per week for 3 months of the year
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-40
・If until 26-year-old candidate, living experience in Japan. No need working experience in textile/ apparel industry.
・If from 27-year-old candidate, 1 year or more over working experience as Merchandiser in textile/ apparel industry.
