・Searching and collecting candidates that wants to work in Japan
・Following plan of Client in Japan 's conducting interview schedule in Vietnam
・Set up interview schedule for candidate
・Following successful candidate prepare documents to go to work in Vietnam
・Business Level in Japanese (N3, N2 Level)
・Fresh is acceptable
