<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor all procedures and operators to inspect and report quality issues
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
- Understand and meet customers’ requirements
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Review current standards and policies
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor degree in technical fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering)
- Gender: Male only
- Age: from 35 to 45 years old
- Language: English business level OR Japanese business level (more than N2)
- From 5 years of experience as Quality Control Manager in manufacturing companies
- No changing jobs more than 3 times
<Preferable requirement>
- Graduated from Technology and Science University
- Experienced working in plastic production factory
