Service Assistant Manager North - Automobile

・Achieve service business target by North region
・Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instruction: Standard, problem-solving, 5S, CS
・Check & follow visit schedules of North 4W service member, make sure all visit reports are submitted on time
・Handle complaints from customers and/or any major occur
・Investigate and solve technical problems facing North dealers
・Collect information: Market information, Other brand standards, Support of requirement from headquarter
・Report service index, weekly/monthly report, dealer visit report
・Other duties assigned by Head of section.
*1-2 days/month he has to go to HCM office to report
*Business trip: 1-3 days/week in North area to dealers or distributor's offices
*Training: from 1st working day in HCM office

・Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields
・Gender: Male only
・Age: Under 35 years old
・Language: English business level (all skills)
・Has at least 5 years of technical/service experience working with authorized dealers or distributor of automobile products
