<Job Responsibilities>
Building and making Mechanical Facility (Water supply equipment, Fire extinguishing equipment, Air conditioning equipment, Utility equipment in general construction management
・Meetings with customers and general site contractors
・Budget management
・Responsibility for project site, construction safety, term period, staff and quality management
・Checking and guide construction drawings, construction methods, equipment, approval materials, etc.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education : Not required
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-35 years old
・Having working experience as a Site Engineer in Equipment or Machinery company at least 5 years
・Language: English Business Level (For internal use)
・Can use MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor degree
・Language : Japanese Communication Level
・Having management experience as a Site or Project Manager in Japanese construction company around 3 years
・Can use Auto CAD, Revit (3D, CAD)
