<Saturday Working: every week of Saturday morning (8-12 am) >
<Job Responsibilities>
・ Integration
・ Meeting with general contractors involved in the field
・ Budget management
・ Construction safety, construction period, quality management
・ Site management operations such as instructions to subcontractors
・ General construction management work at each project site
・ Check and guide design and drawing (CAD) created by subordinates
・ Management of Vietnamese staff
・Going to go business trip(Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar)
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : After 11th September
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : In October
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 33-40 years old
・Having working experience as a design integration and construction in any industry at least 10 years
・Language: English Business Level (Internal and Customer use)
・Having SO XAY DUNG THANH PHO HO CHI MINH certificate, electrical/ air conditioning/ plumbing (water supply & drainage) (issued by HCMC government)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experience as a Site Manager
