<Job Responsibilities>
- Help the company to meet the business strategies and objectives through the proper implementation of marketing and business plan in the markets.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the markets-in-charge.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market-in-charge.
- Search and manages manpower; train and develops sales and support staff.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, monthly revenue streams.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers for business opportunities & Promoting company products.
- Review estimates, proposal drawings and proposal offer to avoid conflict of information.
- Communicate with customers for follow-up proposals and negotiation until award.
- Collecting payments.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Construction (MUST).
- Gender: Prefer Male from 35
- At least 5 years experienced in sales data collection and analysis with previous experience in steel structure experience,
- At least 2 years experience in management level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating, and people management skills.
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Autocad.
