<Job Responsibilities>
・Supervise and coaching the technical team to inspect facilities periodically to determine problems, necessary maintenance and/or fixing for all the system and facility of building/mall.
・Monitor inventory of materials, equipment and facilities. Participate in co-ordination of projects (e.g. renovations/energy saving/location extension…)
・Communicate with Manager and respond to their requests or claim
・management facilities are Light, Air conditioning system, electric system, Water related system, Elevator etc...

・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: English conversational level
・Working experience as a Engineer in related field below
