<Job Responsibilities>
- Site setting out & Site supervision
- Manage some departments leader, Engineer, Workers
- Receive instruction from Japanese Manager and Provide directions to Engineers and Workers
- Detail Design Drawings monitoring and checking
- Directs and manages the daily activities of the site work
- Control Site Manpower & Sub contractor at site as requested
- Ensure all activities with best quality by most saving cost, safety and on time
- Make daily report to Japanese Project Manager
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Handling technical issues raised from project works
- Providing and updating project reports in regular basic
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender:male
・Age:27-38 year old
・Education: Bachelor degree on Constructing related Major
・Language: English Business level
・More than 5 years Working experience as Site Manager in Construction company (Especially civil engineering experience is best)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese general contractor
・Having Experience in Plant project
