<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal - external)
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, validity and effectiveness of counterparts
- Responsible for setting up quality control processes / documents / plans when deploying new goods
- Assessing the quality of pre-production and official production
- Making reports related to quality, quality improvement, quality monitoring according to the weekly / monthly plan
- Management of measuring instruments and equipment
- Managing input materials
- Planning and organizing work in groups
- Proposing improvements to improve the quality of work
- Train employees to understand the company motto and be more mature at work
- Proposal to improve work quality, reduce Lead time
- Ensure input materials are not NG
- Ensure the measuring tools are accurate.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Male Only, over 35 years old
- Language: English Business Level or Japanese N3
- University graduate specializing in mechanical engineering, engineering, or related fields of quality
- Having over 5 years of working experience in the same position at the factory.
- Knowledge of Statistical process control (SPC) and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of measuring equipment & testing in precision engineering.
- Know to read detailed drawings
- Good knowledge of quality system, knowledge of 7 QC tools
- High leadership ability.
- Ability to present well.
- Ability to adjust the way of management to achieve goals.
- Report timely and accurately
