Site Manager - MEP

<Job Responsibilities>
- Scheduling the work assigned.
- Manage Sub- Contractor, Supplier and all party relate on project.
- Check and approval for IFC drawing, As-built Drawing.
- Prepare MOS/ ITP for get approval by consultant/ Client.
- Prepare MTO for submit consultant/ Client
- Create BOQ and manage material on site.
- Create schedule for construction work and monitor sub- contractor follow schedule.
- Perform daily report/ weekly report for client/ PM/ BOD.
- Tracking problem arising onsite and report to PM/ BOD and finding solution to solve problem.
- Prepare and carry out for T&C.
- Complete and handover project for client.
- Record lesson learn on project.
- Finding and clear defect with sub-contractor during construction work.
- Supports up tenders, payment and settlement documents.
- Work direct with client/ consultant and all party relate during perform project.



<Necessary skills / Experience>
- Bachelor of Major Industrial Electrical, Mechanical.
- Gender: Male from 27 to 40
- Enlish: Business Level
- At least 5 years experience and at least 3 year in management level (same position)
- Have experience working in Bosch Long Thanh, First Solar, Intel, Nestle or subcontractors of these projects***
- Work at the site. and accept business trip when requested.
- Certificates: Certificates practicing construction supervision, project management
- Auto CAD drawings know: can draw construction drawings, construction completion drawings
- Knowledgeable construction systems: Electrical system. Mechanical system, HVAC, Fire, piping, elevators, BMS…
- Understanding Vietnam standards, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, BS is an advantage.
- Accept the mission and overtime as required work
