Japanese Speaking - Production Control Manager - Textile

- Report directly to Japanese General Manager
- Manage about 7 members
*Job Responsibilities:
- Make and follow up production progress from material until finished products shipment
- Keep production schedule go smoothly
- Look for Manufacturer who can produce goods
- Manage sample
- Negotiate price and make decision
- Inspect advance
- Confirm before production
- Manage production
+ Arrange, confirm and keep production go smoothly: customer negotiation and delivery schedule,
P / C, L / C confirmation, pre-production alignment before production, progress management and countermeasures for each production schedule, production start date re-confirmation…
+ Arrange and confirm about products: color, quality… confirmation; arrange intermediate checking, QC- QA inspection, pre-shipment inspection.
+ Arrange and confirm before products shipment: Pre-delivery fabric, product inspection arrangement; production completion date, shipment date checking.
- Purchasing materials
+ Prepare order specifications for fabrics, accessories, sub materials
+ Analyze and compare quotations from material manufacturers
+ Negotiate price / payment conditions, delivery terms
+ Create a costing sheet, purchasing order
+ Register master
+ Confirm quantity, quality of receipt goods
+ Submit payment documents
- Control Inventory

*Essential Requirements:
- Male/Female 30 - 42 year olds; University graduated
- Having at least 5 years experience in similar positions.
- Conversant with Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Active and hard-working.
- Leadership ability
- Fluent in Japanese (At least Level 2)
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 600).
