<Job Responsibilities>
*** Roles of position (Main Function)
- Monitor customer services activities of assigned accounts;
- Liaise with external customers and internal business units to follow up the customer’s requirements & SOP;
- Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations;
***Key Responsibilities (Detailed Job Description)
- Follow up other activities as assigned;
- Receive billing data from internal business units to draft debit notes to customers timely;
- Send invoices issued by FAD to customers and follow up payment from customers;
- Coordinate & follow up the cost from Supplier /Vendor/Carriers;
- Verify and reconcile Vendor debit notes and follow up original invoices from Customer/ Vendor/ Carriers for settlement;
- Make payment requests attached with supporting docs and send to FAD;
- Input cost and revenue of Logistics dept into UFS system;
- Make reports required by customers and managers;
- Follow up other activities as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University Degree
- Gender: Any
- Age: 26 - 35
- Good English & Communication Skills
- At least 4-5 years in Logistics industry
- Active – Speedy – Willing to work under high pressure
- Good English & Communication Skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Candidates who graduated Foreign Trade University are highly consider
