仕事詳細
1. Accounting job
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, WHT) monthly, quarterly and yearly report in accordance with VAS and internal also.
- Work with auditing company, accounting dept of other affiliates, Mother Company
- Prepare Invoice and send to client, Internal Group, Management of AR, AP
- Work with the tax authority for, VAT, PIT refund
- Process the payment to supplier and internal group, input data SAP software, Daily report, Budget plan, Financial report, and Financial report analysis, Internal report, consolidate report
- Work in Independence, and teamwork with sales teams
2. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned
- Age: Under 28. Gender: Female only
- Education: Bachelor Degree major in Accounting
- Language: English business level (really good in both 4 skills, especially speaking)
- Experience: If experienced, from 1 year as General Accountant
* Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Ability to complete the project work independently under limited guidance and overtime to meet deadlines
- Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress
- General business manners
- Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills
- Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
