**This company is new established in this August, and they are building new factory in Dong Nai (Amata). They will move office location in June
** You will be charged of factory manager position in the future (start from production control position)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Start up and prepare for new factory established in Vietnam
- Plan of schedule from product development to mass production to shipment to release
- Confirm of production capacity
- On-site confirmation of production progress
- Investigation of causes and improvement measures when quality defects occur
- Communicate with Japan headquarter
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 30 - 35
- Gender : Male only
- Japanese skill : Business level (N2)
- More than 10 years experiences as factory manager or production management in manufacturing industry
- Having experiences in factory start-up
- Having knowledge of Japanese culture
- Person who can work in Dong Nai (Their office will move to Dong Nai because they will establish new factory. Now is rental office)
**After probation, they plan to go to Japan for training (1-2 months)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English skill : Conversational level
- Working experiences in Japanese food related company
- Person who likes Tirol company
